ContactDirect enquiryConsultation booking available

Suitability begins with information, not a booking promise.

Contact the clinic with a general enquiry or book a consultation. Booking starts a conversation; it does not confirm clinical suitability or promise a treatment outcome.

Chapter · What to prepare

Six things worth thinking through.

None of this is required to make an enquiry. It helps a consultation move faster if the patient arrives prepared. Detail follows during consultation, not before.

General enquiry topic
A short note in the patient’s own words about what they would like to discuss, at a general level. Please do not include medical detail here.
Travel-planning context
Rough travel window, any flexibility around dates, and where the patient would be travelling from. General only — no passport, ID or booking documents.
Expectations at a general level
What the patient hopes to change, and how they think about a realistic pathway. Clinical suitability itself is decided later, by the identified treating provider.
Language and communication
Preferred contact method, preferred language, and any communication accommodations. Support is confirmed individually before the pathway proceeds.
Timing and preferences
How soon the patient would like a reply, and any weekday/weekend preferences for a first conversation.
Anything else general
Any other non-medical context that would help the coordinator route the enquiry accurately.

Chapter · Mixed-provider model

Who is responsible for what.

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedure delivery and clinical follow-up belong to the identified licensed treating provider or team for the individual patient. Sapientia Health (operated by Yildizel Trading Ltd, trading as Sapientia Hair) coordinates the enquiry pathway. The treating provider may vary and is identified in writing — with responsibilities, terms and invoice — before booking or treatment.

Enquiry fields
Chapter · Privacy

Public enquiry only. Not a clinical intake.

Three principles this page holds itself to. No claims about encryption, retention periods, certifications, or an operational portal appear here — none are made until they are verified.

Do not submit any of the following in this form:

  • medical history
  • clinical records
  • prescriptions or medication lists
  • passport, ID card, or driving-licence details
  • payment card or bank details
  • scalp or medical photographs

A separate, secure clinical intake will request the information it needs later, and only after explicit consent inside that intake. Users may prepare medical details for that later step, but must not paste them here.

Public enquiry only
This page is for contact, travel-planning and general enquiry. It is not a clinical intake. A separate, secure clinical intake will request medical information later, and only after explicit consent inside that intake.
Do not submit sensitive information here
Please do not include medical history, clinical records, prescriptions, passports or IDs, payment details, or scalp/medical photographs in this form. If received, they are not required and will be handled per the privacy notice.
Separate consent for clinical data
